From adding pizzas quite literally to the cart (tuktuk), to baking the pizzas in the oven after checkout - the order flow is the creative digital expression of the brand experience.
Rudolf Donauer and Dennis Murselovic set out to build the world’s first and only digitally-powered, delivery-first pizza restaurant concept. The category-defining lifestyle pizza brand caters to the modern consumer, especially GenZ. While most delivery services treat their apps as purely transactional moments, Milano Vice wanted to create a new direct-to-consumer experience that leverages gamification to drive loyalty.
Milano Vice tasked us with crafting an industry-leading customer web experience that would embody the quirky, bold, and unique personality of the brand while pushing them ahead of delivery competitors. We used insights from consumer research to create a mobile-optimized ordering experience that is not only convenient, but also extremely fun and dynamic.

We infused the entire order flow with lovable motion design assets to elevate the experience beyond the ordinary.
We dialed up gamification with relatable visuals and pop-cultural references to inspire craving.
The custom component system reflects the different user journey stages.
The palette reflects the classic brand colors with emphasis on pink & yellow.
